Koalafi was founded to fix a system that wasn’t working for shoppers or for merchants. Too many non-prime consumers were being told “no,” and at the same time, merchants were losing sales.
We believed there had to be a better way. So we built it.
Koalafi’s lease-to-own platform helps more consumers get the purchases they need today and build a better financial future while merchants close more sales, earn customer loyalty, and grow with confidence.

Work alongside teammates from all areas of Koalafi at our headquarters in Richmond, VA's eclectic Manchester neighborhood. Enjoy creative cuisine at the Hatch Local food hall, rooftop lunches, and walks to the James river trails and downtown district.
Arlington
Koalafi’s fastest growing office overlooks the Potomac river and our nation’s capital in the fast-paced and central Rosslyn business district. Walk across the bridge to Georgetown, unwind with teammates at award winning restaurants, and take nature breaks in nearby parks.
Remote
Remote opportunities are available to help us build strong relationships with our merchants across the country. Our remote associates have regular opportunities to travel to our corporate offices as well as participate in weekly virtual social events.
